For Big 4, 6.8k to 7k inclusive of frontload for NQs.

You're looking at 5k to 5.5k.

Bear in mind, too, that Big 4 bumps associate pay up to 1PQE (7.5k to 7.8k) in the January of the year following the Aug mass call.

So the gulf is even wider.

If they're offering below the NUS GES 25th percentile ($6.2k) in this day and age, you should tell them to FO unless you really need the job.
