How the hell do u get passed over for SA promotion lol if you're at the right PQE. You must have really sucked at your job

I think many people at the right pqe got passed over this year, not just this dude.
I'm glad I no longer have to worry about these things... but i feel really bad for juniors who are now stuck in a really shitty situation.

As I said just play pity card. Family health etc make HR tremble. Best if you are in international law firm. They love to be seen to be lovey dovey.

I got passed over too but bonus is still generous.

No biggie, am currently on autopilot man-mode everyday waiting for a lucky break to in-house counsel.
