yall really not familiar with the tort that addresses reputation being lowered in the eyes of the community
yall especially not familiar with the cease and desist letters that may require site admins to retain details such as ip addresses
can't believe it had to be said in a lawyer thread but then again 99% of yall arent lawyers anyway
