just wondering if anyone could share about panel interview? Having mine next week Cus the division I applied to only just started the panel interview.. According to their site, it's the final round.

i think we were in the same panel interview, if you went for the group finance one on 9 march. i got through the panel interview and was scheduled for another interview with the section heads on 16 march, but have not heard from them since. did anyone happen to be shortlisted for the session with the section heads too? i was rather confused as well, as according to their site, the panel interview was the final round.

I heard after one year in the program, you will be promoted to AM. But pay wise i am not sure, another can advise?

Hi I just got offered a position with them.
Pay scheme is:
$3k if you didn't get second class and above
$3.8k if you get second upper
$4.2k if you get first class
Yeah you start off as Associate 8. Usually after one year will get promoted to AM7. Then there is Manager6, VP 1/2/3/4/5.
