Hi I just got offered a position with them.

Pay scheme is:
$3k if you didn't get second class and above
$3.8k if you get second upper
$4.2k if you get first class

Yeah you start off as Associate 8. Usually after one year will get promoted to AM7. Then there is Manager6, VP 1/2/3/4/5.
