Some of you here are hopelessly gullible and ignorant of the banking industry. Come on, you really think any bank is going to pay 310k to someone working in a MO product management with just 6 years experience? Obviously just another big cannon fairy.

sounds like sour grapes. many bank svp level at ~35 yo are already drawing >500k, it is possible in banking industry

I am pretty sure there are 1. not that many SVPs at 35, 2. few earning that amount at 35.

only if include bonus, basic is only 350k-400k for 6 yrs exp in MO for BB.

yeah right. i know more than my fair share of people in MO. It's impossible to earn 500k in 6 years. MAYBE if you're FO but let's not kid ourselves with MO people.

What are you smoking? 6 yrs exp in FO for BB doesn't make 350k base. 6 yrs experience gets you to a junior VP1; that sounds more like an all-in figure.

Even if you're FO, 500k in 6 years is outlandish. FO trading perhaps (though unlikely in this environment), FO IBD, that sounds more like a SVP/director's pay (9 yrs exp), including bonus.
