Why are dbs shortlisted the candidate without knowing what is right or wrong to share certain information here?

People in civil service sign dunno what secret act.
When covid hit, school close down... They also leak out.share share panic hoarding..

If confidential why have this kind of thread to share info.
Cause the faq etc not clear...

It's good what. Then at least we know the status doesn't mean ****. And rejected also won't know...
Without this thread, we might still be crossing finger and praying and hoping

HR doesn't work for you.
HR work for the company..
Remember that.

Job agency work for you and their client company.
So job agency will entertain you.
But once you accept job agency offer they also don't entertain you to change job or what not.

And when you already working, you also don't like HR...

Nobody likes HR. Even HR colleagues don't like each other...
