Can I also check how's the working hours like for the graduate program? Are we required or expected to do alot of OT?

Work life balance is not too bad for Ops during the grad program in my almost 1 year experience, OT was very very rare haha

Oh and I'm not sure about after the grad program, but my dept usually leaves and comes to work on time
