1. Agency is an old business model, will be out of market. Many agencies are selling SaaS instead of providing the service, for example mediamanager.com.sg are using it own market research software to provide the DIY market research. It reduce the cost for both agency and clients. That will be no more researchers job in a marketing research agency.

2. MNC are hiring own staff to do market research. Firm likes Google has a Market Research Manager position.

Marketing research agency will gone, and replace by a SaaS company or a software company. MNCs have own marketing research department. That will be no more business for an agency.

Recommendation:
Never go looking for any agencies jobs if they don't have own SaaS.
