There’s a reason they are called Flexi adjunct. Both words tells you it’s very flexible and subject to changes.
I once have a colleagues say MC one month due to injury, they hired a FAJT for 1 month term. In the end my colleague say he can come back after 2 weeks, giving hod only a day notice. The FAJT was terminated the next day already.
