And so i did go for interview, location was for brani base and the boss indeed was a lady.. guess what, no transfer to other ministry no more salary increase, will still get same salary.. i was like wth.. somemore that post was grade 5... haizzz...

so is your boss a female deputy superintendent / superintendent?

MSO grade 5 if im not wrong the salary ceiling not more than 3.7k...are u grade 6 or grade 5 in your current job? shldnt u be happy if ur grade 6 now and they hire u as grade 5? that is pay increase leh...

I think mostly likely u reach the cap n stuck there until u get the promotion to the next higher grade

I have a deg from SIM-GE and am a MSO in a statboard. I am intending to move on to another position that recognises my SIM deg and definitely with higher pay. How much can a deg holder request and from which level of MSO/MX should the lowest be?

Hi peeps....

I'd like to share my woes as i feel I am grossly underpaid.
My current pay is $3870 and I am MSO4 (Div 1). Every Year my increment never hits 100. In % terms, its always less than 3%. My PB never hits 1 month. Highest is 0.85.

Worked in a Stat Board for about 14 years already. Qualification is Bachelor degree which is not recognized. Promoted twice, and the recent one was 2 years ago.

sigh.....hope the new initiative by PSD will help to move my pay upward.
