ABOUT THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
As part of their Administrative Executive, your duty includes:

• Direct report to the Director
• Responsible for full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties
• Setup and coordinate meetings, prep
are agenda and record meeting minutes
• Organize travel arrangements (ticketing and accommodation)
• Ensure proper filing and records is maintained
•Highest level of confidentiality when dealing in all matters
•Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the
company from time to time

Salary: $1,300 - $2,000
Position lvl : Jr post

ABOUT THE POSITION OF RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE
As part of their recruitment team, your duty includes:

•Place advertisements in job portals
•Conduct resume search to screen through suitable candidates
with the right attributes to fill our financial consultants and
management trainees positions.
•Conduct part of the stringent interview process
•Analyze and conduct personality/career psychometric profiling
tests
•Liaise and organize recruitment events with tertiary institutions

Salary: $1,800 - $2,200 + Commission
Position lvl: Managment post

The admin job pay $1300 onwards also can be called Executive? And the recruitment job from $1800 position lvl is a manager???
