Sales Job: Selling In Person Or Over The Phone?
Hi All,
I would like to find out more about the sales industry in Singapore and what types of selling work the best in Singapore...
From what i understand, real estate agents and insurance agents cold call to get appointments and do the selling in person. While stockbrokers may sell stocks over the phone...
Generally speaking, is there hope for sales jobs in Singapore where the salesperson tries to make the sale over the phone? I know this works in US since it is impossible to meet everyone you are trying to sell to while in Singapore, it is different with it being a small place.
Or would you recommend going for the sales jobs where you sell in person?
Thanks!

what kind of sales?
what product are you selling?
Whom do you sell to? B2C or B2B ?
If you ask me about B2C, insurance agent/real estate agent kind I would say it depends heavily on your performance. If you dont sell, no salary for you.
If you are super salesman, then tons of salary for u
