Start of the new year. Why are the job postings still so bad.

So many low paying job postings. Then for the few that seem decent, thousands of people are applying

Competition is so fierce, hopeless job market

Job market has been bad since middle of last year.
AI, automation and offshoring of entry level jobs have been happening at and accelerated pace.

This is also not helped by sinkies entitled attitude towards employment. Want wfh, want high pay relative to jobscope, want office near home, can't take pressure, boss scold straight tender and resign, mentally weak by always complaining about mental health or worklife balance.

You reap what you sow.

You breach it at most MOM gonna fine them. But the company will sue you for breach of NDA. In the end you might be paying the company more than the 1 month compensation.

Be thankful the company pays you a compensation. Some companies i know will make life incredibly difficult for you until you quit yourself so that they don't have to compensate you. Even MNC companies does this nowadays

MOM investigates and uncovers the illegal stuff.

Also spread rumours that leak was from HR.

If they cannot prove you violated NDA, they cannot sue you.

I'm thinking of posting some of the job interviews I went on and the LJ behaviors of interviewers here

Want to put their name/HP number and email
Might also add it on reddit and glassdoor just to shame them.Hope they get singled out and fired

Some of these companies HR/HM are very unprofessional and waste people's time

What they going to do? Blacklist me by spreading my name around?
I'm more likely to do damage to them then they are to me.

I think name/company/HP/email/unprofessionalism experience should be enough to get them flagged
