My status is still under in progress. Don’t know if still have chance. Not sure why it take so long for the hiring manager to make decision.

gm, panellist for ministry said interested in me, will hr do reference checks before offering? how long will it take? or will they offer first then do reference checks? worried because its been radio silence since they said that. tia!

Not unheard of, especially if the hiring manager and dir really wants you to join them. Sounds like a good sign to me.

no news at all since they said they were interested in proceeding. no timeline given, no next steps given, so im not sure if they're actually doing reference checks or just dragging their feet and being slow...
