also because these two years the job market is very soft. Whenever times are bad, people flood public service. When booming, people resign for private hoping for significant increment.

actually, job is sure have one, but everyone who studied hard and completely bought into the marketing of the various universities, hopes for salary no less than 4k. SME cannot afford us (see WorkAdaptGrow, 2k for manager), the few MNC and public service long queue, religious places even longer que with parents.

cannot work la, but their clearance usually takes around 1-2 months. so grads find early and indicate they can start by a date - if the organisation is ok, they can employ first lo.

the only difference is education institutes. I feel that they like to call around 2 months before class commence. so if you apply in Sep.. u wait very long.
What about for example, I sent the Thank You email after the final interview and HR replied to my email (with smiley face) 2 days after and said will update me of the interview outcome soon. Do I stand a chance or got hope? Lol.

Yes, the probability of you getting selected is 1/[total number of candidates interviewed], so there's always a chance. No when is when probability = 0.

all the best!!

i'm 'In process' for one job i submitted like 2 months ago. Just saw them reposting the advert. I guess the Hiring Manager can't be bothered to reject me.
