Hi All,

Anyone applied to Singapore Workforce development Agency (WDA) before?
How long do they typically take to shortlist for interview?
I am going for a senior/principal manager under its 'subsidary' --> Institute for adult learning.. the job ad was posted since 4th Feb (and still not closed). My status on career@gov is still 'submitted'.. It has been almost 5 weeks since i last applied..... wondering what is the odds for me?

Also .. any idea on the pay range for senior/principal manager?

If 5 weeks i think no chance liao, i gotten my CS job but my application status still submitted. Job opening can be there for a long period unlike those urgently require to fill it in

She replied the typical and expected --> still processing applications and will notify if shortlisted for interview'...

I think WDA is a stateboard under Ministry of Manpower.

I am wondering about the duration from the submission of application to the call up for 1st interview.
I emailed the HR, as it has been 5 weeks since i last put in my application. I was informed that they are processing the applications. on the auto-generated acknowledgement email of job application, they stated shortlisted applicants would be called up for interviews within 8 weeks of application.. I guess I have to continue waiting ....
