interview last friday
until now no news... dunno if should be worried
some ppl say within 1-2 days they get verbal notification and den management approval is sought and den only finalised offer is given after couple of weeks
some say no notice of any offer verbally until management approval is given which takes 1-2 weeks
i dunno which category my stat board falls under... if they r the first one, dat means game over lioa

And now 2 months has passed and I've decided it's not gonna happen and am looking for other opportunities.
I have another very close one recently and are now waiting for them to "working on a package". Hopefully I don't score the same sh*t twice in a row.

gonna call tmr or towards weekend. but really not much of a point. it's beyond the stage to make any change. just treat it as gone and keep looking.

call back to check. you will never know because HR might be busy or they need their director to approve first. and it's december now, directors might be on leave.

I remember 10 yrs ago when I landed my first job with a gov agency, I interviewed in Oct, and waited till past new year to get final offer and then start working in Feb. I was told many management were on leave during Dec so my application was KIV for over a month or so till it got all the stamps needed.

Any possibilities that management might reject after your job offer has been put up for approval?
Can they reject even though they have never met you before?
