Employment Benefits in Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Dell in Singapore
Hi guys,
I am a university student doing a consulting project for an MNC under my school. My projects requires me to look at employment benefits for contract employees in large tech MNCs so I was wondering whether anyone knows any info on this?
Some of the info I need about Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Dell in Singapore are:
1) No of days in annual leaves
2) No of days in medical leaves
3) Is the completion bonus equivalent to 1mth's salary?
4) Is medical insurance covered by company or agency?
Any help, even if it is just info from non-tech MNCs, would be greatly appreciated!
