Why is it that no one ever asked why it is always in october and never in august with the rest of the ministries? Its like we are 2 month late.

Coz if you not happy with your puny 2% pay raise, even if you decide to quit service with 1 month notice, you would not impact this year's teaching?
If you not happy with the review in Aug, and everyone quit service, schools will be screwed in Term 4.
