I don't doubt that they'd be able to make educated guesses, having witnessed the process for many years. I personally doubt they'd know the precise workings to be able to accurately predict/explain everything that happens, though… but as I'd said, I don't have actual knowledge of this.

Ps don't just sit on school ranking panel. They sit in cluster-level ranking panel. There are things they know that they don't need to tell KPs.

I heard officers on FLP have an additional annual allowance. Can I know how much it is? Is it like responsibility allowance for taking up Kpship?

i'm assuming same dept? u should tell your HOD (also probably his RO) that it is giving u unnecessary stress and makes u uncomfortable. however because it seems rather sensitive, try to do it discreetly

If the s-hat is close to KPs, it may backfire. Or the RO may misconstrue the BT as too sensitive or unable to endure stress. Worst is RO take it that the BT is ungrateful than an experienced colleague is trying to improve poster. It requires tact. Poster has to somehow make RO aware what is going on without making it sound like a complain. Basically just be careful because i have seen how these eager beavers are able to control the narrative. People who transition from normal teacher to KP ship usually are cringey.

Hi is it true that the pay raise on the year that an EO finishes the bond is substantial compared to normal years? I feel like i have read it somewhere before in the forum but couldn't find it again.
