Male pgde. Got my confirmation and batch promotion to geo3 after 1 year in service. Increment of 602, including MI. is this the usual amount we get promoted to geo3?

Sounds reasonable. 602 is quite significant

Each jump in geo is almost same as 1 year merit increment.
Had you not jump grade. Ur mi is about 200-250 nia.
The grade jump provided you another 350-400.

But do note the purpose of grade jump also opens a higher ceiling for your salary.
Had you hentak kaki at geo2 for v long then will reach the ceiling of geo2 in due time.

Overall you are doing v well. In this trying times people losing their job, pte tutors eating wind. To have a 602 increment is very good. Continue the hard work. And see you at GEO4 in a few years

Agree with the next post that you are having a good increment. Congrats! Meanwhile, i am still waiting eagerly for the increment for GEO3 to 4 to be updated!
