Dear young one, the same was said about us during our early years. We have served our dues, and the time now is yours to embrace the daily grind.

There are good GEO5 and GEO5 deadweight i fully agree, its quite sian to work with them. But nothing will ever happen to the deadweights so it can be toxic and draining after awhile. I don't usually like to come to forum to rant, I wish there can be some student survey on how lousy these deadweights are for once , but nothing happens to them.

For GEO PB, C is about 1.2-1.7. C+ is about 1.8-2.2, B is about 2.3 – 2.8, A is 2.9-3.2 or so. For SEO, its around 1 range higher. For example an SEO’s C+ range is about a GEO’s B range.
There will also be further variance depending on your school and how they allocate.

Does your RO, VP and P know your final performance grade?
Or could it be further adjusted by the cluster superintendent or HQ after they have submit their ranking recommendation?

No it’s not default C. Many schools are generous at the lower grades as they want to encourage BTs. C+ and Bs at GEO2 are very common.
