Yes,HR asked if any notice period and earliest start date . Now just waiting for next update

Hi all,

Can I check if anyone has joined MINDEF from another govt agency? Just want to know whether they are able to match the same leave scheme and pay from the previous agency. Thank you!

Yes, i can attest to this. I have over 10 years with a ministry and i went over, the leave was the same

yes it will be assessed on a merit basis.

Has anyone gone through the virtual interview? Does virtual interview count as a formal interview? Or is it just a get-to-know-you session?

[Just finished the writing test and was asked to attend a virtual interview 2 wks later, so was just wondering what this is about as I don't think they would schedule a formal interview so soon]

Can i check is ur leave Scheme 18 days to 21 days after 10 years? Because I’m on 21 to 28 days leave scheme and the HR said they don’t offer that already.

i dont know for sure but there are many legacy schemes which are discontinued.
