If you read earlier in the thread, people have said that advisory assocs are paid the same in most firms and just a little bit more in one of them.

If you understood, then you would just look a few pages back where the salary progression has already been shared.

Bonus is only 2 mths (No 13th mth and only 2 mths PB?) in Big 4? That's rly a derisory amt given the time and effort put in. Normal performing folks in Civil Service can easily get (4.5 to 5 mths) of annual bonus and they also enjoy health salary increment and fairly high stating pay.. seems like joining CS way beas joining the B4.

another joker posting rubbish.
6 years experience is only M1, 6k. thats if they dont discount your experience and offer you AM at 5k+. SM is minimum 9-10 years experience in the firm, promoted every year. not uncommon for them to discount your work experience by 1-2 years when coming in from outside as they have to favour their own internal staff who have been loyal for a long time.

One cannot reach SM with just 6 years experience. Also SM grade pay range is much higher at 20 to 25k, you obviously never work in big 4 before.
