Hi all,

I see quite a few threads here on salary range and job type.

I was wondering if we could be more detailed by sharing (for the purposes of benchmarking) - How your salary ranges have progressed over time. Do share the following on your year by year progression:

1) Age
2) Years of experience
3) Annual base salary

I'll go first:

1st job, 0 years experience: $60k
2nd job, 4 years experience: $72k - $108k
3rd job, 7+ years experience: $220k

By benchmark, I was underpaid in my 2nd job but managed to do a huge leap in my 3rd role.

Keen to see how the ranges are like for the rest of you bros

24 year old, 1 YOE, drawing 150k per annum, insurance industry.

42 year old, 1 YOE, drawing 51k per annum, insurance industry.

21 year old, 3 YOE, drawing roughly around 15k a month, doing content creation.

1 year old, 0 year, 1.2mil/year

25 year old, 5 YOE, drawing ~500k per annum, financial advisory and mentorship.

So many high earners ah, hope recession come and those haolian high earners get massive retrenchment
