I was wondering if we could be more detailed by sharing (for the purposes of benchmarking) - How your salary ranges have progressed over time. Do share the following on your year by year progression:

1) Age
2) Years of experience
3) Annual base salary

I'll go first:

1st job, 0 years experience: $60k
2nd job, 4 years experience: $72k - $108k
3rd job, 7+ years experience: $220k

By benchmark, I was underpaid in my 2nd job but managed to do a huge leap in my 3rd role.
