How to join as BA for banks with 0 experience?

you and 90% of other people currently looking for employment.
Worst time to join a bank now especially if you have no relevant qualifications or do not have an excellent CV.
What is your current line of work?

doing IT in FSI.. more on infrastructure side.
i wanna try work on BA roles, but it seems to be more application focus and no room for infra person
