Starting Pay for CS/Ministries 2020 Covid Batch

Graduating in a few months and just got an offer from a ministry, local uni FCH, male, 3.7k for a policy role. Not sure if covid has dampened starting salary...anyone got starting salary to share?

Go try for MFA or Mindef if you want more

MFA might be higher but definitely not MINDEF. All non-scholar fresh grads start at DX9 regardless of your honors nor department.

Fresh grad (masters), offered 3.7k for engineer role at SB. any idea if this is reasonable or can nego up? feel like should be higher but maybe due to covid.

fresh grad has no negotiating powers.

only bachelors taken into consideration for pay calculation

summa cum laude for undergrad, distinction for masters (both are the highest attainable honours).

forgot to mention there is also MAC of $600. but this is subject to constant review.
