I too was on MX11for the past 2 years. My dept is cui, can't even emplace ppl for the longest time (not one person got emplaced since COVID, and it's a BAU div) whereas other divs get their headcounts and regularisations. Thought I could get a promotion this round but apparently not. Think gonna zao.

Unless he is a scholar then maybe..if not, i dont know what magic he did. The year after promotion usually is a default C or C+. I have seen it at many agencies. I hope those are real if not he is trying to scam you

Yah. But u have to consider this. ASP 2 is a staffer rank whereas MX 11 is easily an Asst Director or Snr Asst Director rank. The job responsibilities is huge for the MX 11 compared to the staffer.

My AD in the same branch is an MX11A drawing abt low 6k and she often complain abt her pay versus her role. She said not worth it leh.
