Hi everyone issit possible to have a pb grade B but merit increment of abt 2.5% (currently on support scheme but current grade is equivalent to div 1)

Seems like this yr MI is significantly lower compared to past years. Thought it should be higher to at least match raising economic inflation? Is that not the case?
