all those people with negative comments about ESG without substantiating their claims probably have never worked there and are just salty that they can't get in.

Join ESG only if you have no other job offers. Even then, it should only be your stopgap while you continue your hunt.

Otherwise you will look back months ahead and regret making one of the WORST decision one can ever hope to avoid. This is if you even live to regret it.
