What's bad about ESG?

Look at all the hate! Lol
ESG ain’t all that bad though the pressure cooker culture stems from the assignment based tasking where everyone is chasing for high-visibility projects to gain brownie points for promotion.
And unfortunately, the more atlas portfolio (e.g: tech road mapping and etc) will require boot licking to get. If you’re bad at office politics, you’re gonna be stuck with menial projects like helping local SME products like soya sauce international exposure through partnerships.
I enjoyed my stint here. It’s honestly not a horrible place to start your career at. The only downside like I said is promotion is based on high-impact projects and these projects require kowtowing to the directors heading these stuff.

assistant development partner is after 2 years of service. which is equivalent to manager. they need to buff up the title because they meet CEOs and business leaders, but honestly the pay is just junior manager pay

if they find out who has been posting these (they have data of which MAs left, and it's not a lot), then your reputation is at risk.
