any kind soul mind sharing what the progress for LAE trainee? and after training

How much does a degree trainee LAE earn during the 44 months training, and how much after they are certified LAE?

To the two posters before mine, come on man..ur qtns are answered 1-2 pages before this..

Nobody said how much is the basic salary after they are a certified LAE (Degree)..

Stae degree holder began with 2.1k during training as i remember the figure they give during pre interview briefing, with 100 bucks increment annually in the 4 yrs of training, after u get ur license ur pay should be nearing 3k, then ull have the type rating allowance as well, overall i think degree can fetch 3 to 3.5k maybe on the 5th or 6th year excluding ot.

SIAEC and stae shouldnt be too far off, aviation companies representative meet each other frequently and they know what is offered by diff companies for a certain position. This is to be standardized n prevent as much staff turnover joining other aviation companies.

The only diff is allowance n bonuses.

I am from NTU graduating this may. Did anyone apply for the 44 months SIAEC LAE programm? Have they start calling people for interview? Because HR told me the interview period is from end of March 2018.

The HR just called me today to ask if i'm still interested and called for interview on 24th May.

Did they call you up on the 24th May for 1st interview or second?

Hi anyone completed 1st interview and completed medical checkup? When is HR calling up for 2nd interview?

I did the medical check up.. now still waiting for reply for interview 2. Maybe theyre completing all 1st round interviews 1st.
