Say liao stack ranking. See ur colleagues up to 2 level reporting got how many more impactful/getting promoted, then u know the reason.

What is Grade G salary ceiling? You stop getting increment if you hit the ceiling? I am currently Grade G SWE with 9.7k base monthly.

C+ should be doing ur paygrade and not doing more than ur job scope. Is for ppl like me who don’t want to chiong cus work life balance. lol. But now even at ur paygrade standards is higher alrdy than last time. Basically if you get c+ this time, actually u alrdy performing at B if compared to last year or few years ago
