If rule engine got issues, nobody know about it since those rules are not transparent anyway.

Genuine question: does any know if they changed the criteria for Director promotions?

Not long ago, Director roles felt much rarer, when I joined GovTech 8 years ago there was only like 5 directors. Now it seems like we are creating or awarding them more freely, including in areas where the mandate and business impact are not obvious to the rest of the org.

I checked on Workday and this DD in SCG promoted to D. Seems same team as the last time that Indeed woman. We dont even have a govtech strategy but yet they can be promoted? Some random woman in Data Science also. What do they even do?

Even same grade as crown prince...

Depending on your agency's perks but things like medisave top up, SOAR $500 funds for learning, $250 dental, medical partners for seeing doctors, paid courses (with blessings from bosses), just to name a few.
