Just joined and new to the whole ESPP thing. Can any employees kindly share how does it work? Tried checking on the ESPP portal and guide but quite confusing. So are we being taxed by IRAS and America side on the dividends earned and shares bought?

Are we actually even making a profit from this ESPP?
