If I have already submitted the US tax form on UBS at the start, I’ll only be taxed once which is by IRAS right? How much is the tax actually? This way is it still worth investing in the ESPP though since we pay for the taxes also

Thanks. How do we go about selling it? Is it through a broker or can just click the sell option in UBS?
Also wouldn’t it be better to hold on to the shares and sell when the share price increases? Heard from those seniors that the share price now is over $350 and a few years ago was just $100
