Some project need 3 round of interview

very waste time leh

I go some project like govt agencies is usually 1 round settle liao and next question is ask me when can I start, then hard lock liao

I am currently interview a good project, very good project, I want to join, then I went for the interview. After 1 round say need to wait for for confirmation first before can tell me when is the next round. I am like...huh? then wait how long? he say dk

My HR say if I cannot get that project, I will need to apply for other project

what if the other project accept me, and want to hardlock me, Mean I miss out this good project?

knnccb can you faster hardlock me?

Other project = those bad project that mention in this thread

I really hope I wun end up there leh...

What cl are u ? Join acn for how long ? Usually if you are in acn > 5 yr, the chance of on bench is low

cos big project like Iras is release ppl, now have too much ppl on bench

they will be more strict on bench period
