No, you have to go to the portal and access your payroll page from there to retrieve your payslips.

Each month's payslip should be available on the last day of the month.

I think they only have 2 brands, Dell and HP? and despite so, only a limited range to choose from and besides, I don't think new joiner can choose? No idea but quite sure it's not brand new. It's more of luck, if you can get a brand new or used laptop. The company refreshed the laptop range last year though, doubt they will refresh until 1-2 yrs later.

Anyway, the laptop they provide new joiners are **** anyway and the good laptops, you need justification and approval from your leadership to get it. So lols.
