What is the culture differences between HQ versus seconded role? Any impact on pay? Directors nice or not Ah?

Seems the consensus is low rank in IHIS sure have a tough time..
How about SM role? Does it get any better in terms of WLB?

Also what would be realistic offer to expect for SM position with 6 YOE?

Default Seconded, HQ are basically projects or Corporate IT

I think CIO office is Chillax but only if you get to a good rank maybe SM and AD. You can basically talk your way through. Don’t expect too much promotion because most of the time is nothing much. Apps project got high chance of getting good grade because of people always leaving. Due to the fact that a lot of lousy people thought PM was easy then realize need to do a lot of things and screw up and leave.

Nabei I just reach 8k and I am JG6. Looking for a job anyway but my project got high chance for promotion, since I getting a bigger portfolio and managing people. Got promoted from JG5 to JG6 after 2 cycles. But after the drop of bonus and they make it compulsory to give you 3 after your promotion year. Is becoming like Government since the new CEO.

How about those cybersecurity ones? Chillax also? Any reference point for JG 9 and higher?

company performance will affect corporate bonus.
I think subsequent year bonus will be the same as this year.
in general they give you higher base and reduce the bonus which I think is a good thing.
