PB for performance grade 3 was 1.5mths last time. My guess is now 0.5 to 1mth max.

10~ is quite decent imo. which I suppose is quite a norm

but don't u find it weird if ppl are at jg5 getting offered 7.5 and got ppl asking for 8 when he jg6 only got 7.1+? just because he joined early and even with the adjustment still getting paid lower than his subordinate

I think it's the same for most corporate world. there is always overlap in compensation. I wouldnt be surprised the overlap can be 2 grades different. for example high jg5 could be the same as low jg7.

That's depressing to hear.

So now confirm pb for avg performer (grade 3) is just 1 mth? No longer the usual 2 mths?

My friend got 1.8 from grade 3 a drop of 0.4-0.5. Basically PB drop by 14 percent

likely 1.5 to 1.8+ now

grade 2 only get 2.2 from 2.5
