Heard bonus is 2 times a year. Mid and end year. Is it true?
Anyone knows?

Typical increment ranging anything from 1.5-5% really depends on many things, on dept, on teams, on performance , etc.

Promotion increment is typically mostly ranging from 7% all the way to around 15% thereabout.

Have a very big range as the reality is , it really differs from individual and the time or promotion/increment year.

Worked infra sys engineer role, 24/7 standby. sat sun need bring laptop out. Datacenter operators are just like robot, provide hands and eyes power only, whatapps & forward you alerts emails, they cant help you remedy issues cos outsourced staffs. Activation anytime, worst part need to beg other teams members from vm, ad, network, security, storage for their assistance.

Buay tahan, no work life balance. Received alert sms/whatsapp after working hrs as server issues escalate straight to you. This week be primary, next week becomes secondary engineer supporting the min 1xx servers assigned to your care then same cycle repeats.
Unlike other coy, they have rotating shifts of sys admins, at least can help you troubleshoot before escalating to engineers.
Begging part happens when you need assistance from other team although all under infra dept, my credentials was able to access OS level only.

Team mostly fts : jiuhu, abnn living alone and standby working no day no night。
