Worked infra sys engineer role, 24/7 standby. sat sun need bring laptop out. Datacenter operators are just like robot, provide hands and eyes power only, whatapps & forward you alerts emails, they cant help you remedy issues cos outsourced staffs. Activation anytime, worst part need to beg other teams members from vm, ad, network, security, storage for their assistance.
