Commonwealth Towers is about 53% sold to date. This project is very close to an MRT station. Directly opposite Queenstown MRT in fact. You can't get any closer than that.
The developer is offering extra discounts for a LIMITED period now. Ranging from 3% for a low floor 3 bedroom unit, to 5% for a high floor 3 or 4 bedder. (These are real discounts! But sorry, one and 2 bedders no extra discounts.)
A low floor 904 sq ft 3 bedroom without utility, as displayed at the Commonwealth Towers showflat, is around 1.464M. With the 3% extra discount, works out to $1.42M, so about $1,570 PSF.
