The developer is offering extra discounts for a LIMITED period now. Ranging from 3% for a low floor 3 bedroom unit, to 5% for a high floor 3 or 4 bedder. (These are real discounts! But sorry, one and 2 bedders no extra discounts.)
A low floor 904 sq ft 3 bedroom without utility, as displayed at the
Commonwealth Towers showflat, is around 1.464M. With the 3% extra discount, works out to $1.42M, so about $1,570 PSF.
