Latest Update: Glades is almost 90% sold.
But if you like this location, there's a new condo launching soon along the same stretch, just 2 doors from Glades, and also beside Tanah Merah MRT station. Called Grandeur Park Residences apparently. By CEL. They won the URA tender for the land at a slightly lower price than for Glades. $761 PSF per plot ratio, vs $791 PSF for Glades, so hopefully that will mean slightly better launch pricing. But construction costs have gone up since Glades launched, so that may even out the costs overall. Anyway Grandeur Park will offer more choices for the Bedok area, since all the other projects around here seem to have pretty much sold out.

The Glades still have units remaining, and is going TOP soon and if you want properties similar to The Glades, why not consider another new launch by CEL launch called the Grandeur Park Residences
|
