URA tender for the land at a slightly lower price than for Glades. $761 PSF per plot ratio, vs $791 PSF for Glades, so hopefully that will mean slightly better launch pricing. But construction costs have gone up since Glades launched, so that may even out the costs overall. Anyway
Grandeur Park will offer more choices for the Bedok area, since all the other projects around here seem to have pretty much sold out.
