Heard MAS salary structure a little more complex - there's some aniversary payout which then gets subsumed into your base pay ... so total package before bonus ard 4.5 to 5k. Not sure how much more thatbis compared to big 4

That's good to hear! 4.5k to 5k is like 1.5x big 4 pay. I didn't ask HR about bonus but unlikely there will be a bonus for associates. I heard big 4 doesn't give 13th month (AWS) too.

MAS starting pay is not at 4.5 K before bonus. A better estimate is 4K.

Its definitely 4.5 to 5k before bonus (at least for this year's intake)

Hi, I can verify this as I was offered the position for the incoming batch. It is 4.5k-5k before performance bonus and before CPF deduction.

not exactly. the anniversary sum equates to around 4 months bonus as it includes both group bonus and performance bonus. the 4.5k figure excludes performance bonus. if we take the full anniversary sum, then the monthly gross will be 5.2k
