I am offered 5.2k in a ministry with grade MX12
I have 5 years plus working experience.

would like to check should 5 years plus working experience get MX11 instead?

mai hiam already. PPl who are with them for 5 yrs may not even reach 5.2k

wat class of honours do you have??

also you ith NS or non-NS??

bloody hell, they give you 5200.. knn i am getting 2900 only. i am already 26 just grad from nus.

Most likely Pass degree, and never serve NS.
Singaporean guys easily cross over 3200-3400 for fresh grads.

I've a masters degree. When I joined CS, starting was also 2900. That was in year 2002.

ya, i only have a pass degree.

I was offered 3198 with one of the uniform, but my this 2900 pay is non-uniform. I dont want to wear the uniform at changi airport everyday.

Dun worry, i 2nd lower only got offered $3000 non uniform.
